We have reserved a block of rooms right in the conference hotel with a special discount for our group. However, you must make a phone call to get your special rate. Please read the following carefully for all the details. Looking forward to seeing you there.

GUEST ROOM RATES:
The John Carver Inn & Spa is offering a special rate for your group. This is the best rate offered to our group as this is peak high season. The rack rates for this room type are currently at $389.00 but we will receive the discount:

Room Type Rate for Superior-2 queen at $345 per room, per night

• EP rate above is room only/no meals, single or double occupancy, net/non-commissionable.
• All guest rooms are subject to state and local occupancy taxes, currently at 11.7%. (tax rate is subject to change).
• 3rd/4th Person (17 years and older) – an additional surcharge of $20.00 plus tax, per night will be added.
• To ensure efficient arrival and departure procedures for your group, please note that our check-in time is 3:00 pm, and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Requests for early arrival or late departure will be subject to the availability of rooms.

CONCESSIONS:
Complimentary wireless internet access in all guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas
Complimentary parking.

AMENITIES SERVICE FEE:
An Amenities Service Fee of $5.00 total per room, per night will apply (fee amount subject to change). This includes unlimited local and long-distance calls throughout the continental United States and access to the Business Center.

Wi-Fi access is included. Laptop uses with built-in wireless network connection may access high-speed Internet in any of our guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby and public areas.

RESERVATIONS:

• A Two Night Minimum is required for all reservations.
• Method for booking guest room reservations will be: Individual call
• Individual Reservations are due no later than 6/18/25. A deposit of one night’s room rate plus occupancy tax is required per room to confirm reservations.
• Individuals reserving their guest rooms may call 508-746-7100.
• Guests must identify themselves as part of The Golden Lampstand Assoc in order to receive the preferred group rates.
• Advance deposits are refundable for individual cancellations received at least 4 days prior to guest arrival date. Please make sure your attendees are aware of this policy. Cancellation of a reservation within 4 days of arrival, or failure to check in on the schedules arrival date, will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax. An early departure is considered a cancellation. If any group member decides to shorten the length of their stay within 4 days of arrival, the penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax will apply.
